This week was STELLAR! Amanda’s husband Nelson was baptized. His baptism was beautiful; my dream of seeing a family enter the waters of baptism has been realized.

The doctrine of hard things.

Why do we have to face opposition, trial, pain, discomfort, addiction, suffering, injustice, fear, doubt, sin, regret, anxiety, temptations and roadblocks?

Consider these questions:

When have I felt closest to my Savior?

At what times have I grown the most in my life?

More often than not, those questions can be answered with TRIALS.

My challenge to each of you is to find joy in the trials; they are blessings;
